1. How to Make an Order”

 
 

At Ameer Zada, we make ordering simple—whether you’re purchasing online or commissioning couture. Please review the steps, timelines, and payment terms below before you place your order.

 

Order Timelines

 
 

Couture bridal pieces typically require 16+ weeks. Formalwear typically requires 8+ weeks. Timelines may vary based on design complexity, handwork, fabric sourcing, and your approval cycles.

 

How to Place an Online Order

 
 

  1. Browse & Select:      Choose your design from our online collections (bridal or formal).

  2. Choose Size/Measurements: Select a standard size using our size guide or request custom measurements at checkout.

  3. Customisations (optional): Use the notes field to request modesty, sleeve length, train length, or colour adjustments (if available for that design).

  4. Add to Cart & Checkout: Enter delivery address and contact details accurately for shipping and updates.

  5. Deposit/Payment: Pay 100% to confirm immediately, or pay a 50% deposit to start production (balance due before dispatch).

 

 

Order Confirmation:

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and estimated timeline.
Payments & Deposits

 
 
 

We require 100% payment or a minimum 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch. For fast-track orders, 100% upfront (including shipping) is required to avoid dispatch delays (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

 

Fast-Track Orders

 
 
 Fast-track orders are accepted subject to availability and event date proof at order acceptance.

  • Bridal fast-track: delivery in ≤ 90 calendar days

  • Formal fast-track: delivery in ≤ 60 calendar days
     Payment for fast-track is 100% upfront (including delivery charges) unless a different written agreement is issued by the Company.

 
 

Delivery & Shipping

 
 
 Shipping charges depend on item weight and delivery location; estimates are shared closer to dispatch. Products ship FOB (Free on Board)—risk and title transfer to the client upon handover to the carrier. Actual courier costs may change at the third-party courier’s discretion.

  • International: shipped via DHL

  • Pakistan: shipped via TCS
     All duties and taxes are payable by the client.

 
 

Order Updates & Tracking

 
 
 When your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details by email/SMS. For status checks during production, reply to your order confirmation with your Order #.

 

Changes, Cancellations & Alterations

 
 
 

Order changes: accepted within 48 hours of purchase (subject to feasibility).

Cancellations: accepted within 24 hours; refunds are issued as store credit.

Alterations: report within 7 days of receiving the outfit; feasibility, costs, and timelines will be confirmed by our team.
 Please note that custom or advanced handwork may limit change options after production starts.

 
 

International Duties & Taxes

 
 

Local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, and fees. These are not included in product or shipping prices and are payable by the customer at destination.
