Production begins after payment is received: 100% upfront or 50% deposit (balance due before dispatch).

Fast-track orders: require 100% upfront and event-date proof (subject to approval).

Returns, Exchanges & Alterations

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

For verified manufacturing faults reported within 7 days of delivery, we may offer an exchange or store credit (see full policy).

Alterations can be requested within 7 days of receiving the outfit (excludes unstitched articles).

 

International Customers
 
 

Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your local customs authority and are payable by the customer. We will share tracking once your order ships.
