Payment Terms
Deposit to start production: 100% upfront or a 50% deposit (balance due before dispatch).
Fast-track orders: 100% upfront (including shipping) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Currencies & fees: Payments must arrive net of bank charges; any sender/receiver fees are paid by the customer.
Confirmation: Your order moves into production only after payment is received and verified. You’ll receive a confirmation email once applied to your order.
Balance reminders: If you paid a 50% deposit, we will notify you when the remaining balance is due. Dispatch occurs after the balance clears.
Store policies: Payments are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and Order Change/Cancellation windows.
