Taking accurate body measurements is the key to getting the perfect fit. Follow these simple steps to measure yourself at home.

 
🛠 Materials You’ll Need

 

  • A flexible measuring tape (in centimetres or inches)
  • A mirror or a helper for more precise results
  • Wear form-fitting clothes or undergarments for accuracy
  • Stand tall with a natural, relaxed posture while measuring

Bust👉 Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the ground
Waist👉 Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso). Do not suck in your stomach.
Hips👉 Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso). Do not suck in your stomach.
Shoulder Width👉 Measure straight across your upper back, from the tip of one shoulder to the other.
 👉 Start from the center back of your neck, run the tape over your shoulder, and down to your wrist while slightly bending your arm.
Dress Length👉 From the top of your shoulder, measure down to your desired dress length.
Inseam (for pants)👉 Measure from the crotch down to the ankle or your preferred pant length.
Thigh Circumference👉 Measure around the fullest part of your thigh.
Arm Circumference👉 Wrap the tape around the thickest part of your upper arm.
