Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Ameer ZĀDÄ , we take pride in our craftsmanship and customer care. Because our bridal and occasionwear are produced with meticulous detail, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind (including colour preference, style preference, or sizing). In limited cases of manufacturing faults reported within 7 days of delivery, we may offer an exchange or store credit after inspection

1) What’s Eligible

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault (e.g., defective fabric, stitching, beadwork, or construction), please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for review:

  • Item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and packaging.
  • You provide your invoice/order confirmation.
  • You share clear photos or video of the fault and the outer packaging/air waybill.
    Outcome after assessment: If our Quality Assurance team confirms a major manufacturing fault, we will offer an exchange (same item or equal value) or a store credit for future purchases.
    Unstitched Articles: Not eligible for store credit; if a major fault is verified, we may offer an exchange (subject to availability).

2) What’s Not Eligible

 
  • Change-of-mind, dislike of colour/design, or incorrect size ordered
  • Sale/markdown items
  • Ready-to-ship items
  • Custom, made-to-measure, or personalised orders
  • Items worn, washed, damaged, altered, or missing tags/packaging
  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery
    Note: Minor variations in colour or embellishment placement may occur due to hand craftsmanship and screen displays; these are not considered faults.

3) How to Report a Fault (Within 7 Days)

 
  1. Email info@ameerzada.com (subject: Faulty Item – Order #AZXXXX) or use our Contact page.
  2. Attach your invoice/confirmation, unboxing photos/video (outer box + inner packaging), and close-ups of the issue.
  3. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA and provide return instructions.
    Returns without prior approval/RMA will not be accepted.

4)Condition & Packaging for Approved Returns

 
  • Send back items in original condition with all labels, accessories, and branded packaging.
  • Pack securely to avoid transit damage.
  • Use the carrier/service specified in our approval email.

5)Shipping,Cancellations & Changes

 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Order changes: within 48 hours of purchase (excludes unstitched articles).
  • Cancellations: within 24 hours of purchase; refunds are issued as store credit only (excludes unstitched articles).
  • After these windows, orders enter production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

6) Alterations

 

We accept alteration requests reported within 7 days of receiving the outfit (excludes unstitched articles). Feasibility, costs, and timelines will be confirmed by our team.

7)Payments, Chargebacks & Order Refusals

 
  • We do not offer cash refunds or a “money-back guarantee.”
  • Chargebacks: please contact us to resolve issues; unwarranted claims may be disputed with documentation.
  • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. If cancelled by us, any payment received will be converted to store credit or addressed as communicated.

8) Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

As per courier policy, COD parcels cannot be opened before payment. If you notice a concern after unboxing, follow the fault-report steps above within 7 days.

9)Care&Colour Disclaimer

 
  • We are responsible only for embroidery/workmanship listed on the product inlay. Styling elements used for shoots may differ from production.
  • We are not responsible for colour bleeding, fading, or print damage caused by washing, detergents, or improper care. Please follow the care instructions provided.

10) International Orders & Duties

 

International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, and fees, which are payable by the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices. Please consult your local customs office for details.

11) Web Order:

 All approved exchanges/returns for online purchases must be processed through the Ameer Zada online store following the procedure above.
